J'ai depuis longtemps un compte sur Europa.eu, mais je n'avais pas
détecté ça, et il est bien tard puisque l'initiative est déjà publiée,
donc on ne peut plus influer sur son texte, juste envoyer des
commentaires...
J'ai envoyé le commentaire ci-dessous:
I am extremely shocked by this proposal, which I find extraordinarily
intrusive. May I say I have three children and a range of grandchildren.
They don't need to be spied on, and this is exactly what this proposal
opens.
My coutry, France, already has a record of using a terrorism-related
agreement with Switzerland just to catch a squatter recently, and that
was from a very reasonable government otherwise. Last presidential
election, that reasonable government was faced, as very close number
two, with a racist leader. To me, it is obvious such a leader if elected
would immediately operate the law you propose to catch all sorts of
opponents, sexual abuse being as much a pretext as terrorism was last
time in Switzerland.
I strongly oppose this proposal, and will instruct my elected delegates
to follow this position as strongly as I can, including, if need be, by
showing what humiliating shame my Europe is becoming now.
