J'ai découvert le problème:
En tapant cette commande qui nous est donnée lors d'un apt-get upgrade par exemple

sudo dpkg --configure -a

il faut lire dans le message, autrement dit décoder afin de déceler le ou les erreurs.

puis taper la commande: sudo dpkg -P --force-all [nom_paquet erroné]

Attention, si plusieurs messages d'erreur, il faut le traiter l'un après l'autre.
C'est à dire, pour mon cas, sudo apt-get upgrade -> sudo dpkg --configure -a -> sudo apt-get upgrade -> si ok, terminé

Mais bon, attention aussi à ne pas supprimer les paquets dépendants du desktop utilisé.
Pour mon cas, c'est le fameux problème du driver Broadcom 43xx pour la wifi

Je te conseille de regarder un peu ce qui est en cours sur ta machine
quand le problème arrive, par exemple avec `pstree' (il va sûrement te

Cette commande va te permettre de voir l'arbre des "processes" en cours
sur ta machine d'une manière assez claire.
   Sur une distribution dérivée de Debian (comme Ubuntu par exemple) tu
devrais alors voir la "grappe" de "processes" qui part de ton
gestionnaire de paquets, comme synaptic, apt-get, ou encore aptitude.
Avec un peu de chance ça va te permettre au moins de comprendre quelle
est la commande qui "bloque".

Tu peux nous poster ici la sortie de ton `pstree' et on regardera ça
ensemble si tu veux.
